After reviewing internship opportunities the 3 most crucial talents or qualities to have are :
First, the eagerness to learn new things and processes.
Second , it is vital to be technical knowledge, or know your way around a PC.
Third and one of the most vital qualities to have is communication abilities. The 1st quality or ability potential companies are attempting to find is an eagerness to learn.
From a bosses viewpoint it’s important to have an eagerness to learn, because as you come into the company you’ll need to learn certain daily operations that consist of your job.
Not only do you need to have the eagerness to learn for the daily operations, but the eagerness to learn the bits and bobs of the business, so you can make contributions to the success of the business.
If you’re not prepared to learn and take on new jobs your employer will see this, and you won’t last long in your position.
Second you must know your way around a P. C. , or be technical knowledge. You’ll need this talent on a day by day basis to finish certain jobs through your day. Another great reason to be PC savvy is as an example, you are at business meeting with your chief and work mates and a certain task must be finished and the PC is wanted to complete that task.
